14w4d: Nursery, Gender and Playroom Building

This post is gonna be crammed full of stuff! Mostly just small updates to catch up on what's been going on since last week.

So the nursery is underway. We are sticking with the Pooh theme, but just adding to it. I will be doing a picture post once we get more organized in there, it was started with twins in mind, so we've taken a step back and now we are re-evaluating what we want and where.. Bittersweet.. In the end it's going to be PERFECT for Pebbles!

Gender: Count it with me y'all 11 MORE DAYS until we know! I put up a poll to your right, give a guess, let's see who is right!! That's all I have to say about that (C'mon time move faster!!!)

Playroom building: OMG... This room is coming out SO AMAZING!!!! I don't know who's gonna love this room more, Greyson or US!!! Walls are up, just need mudding and then paint! Carpet is coming in 7-14 days (special order)

SIL: Christy has been having a few cravings here and there, she's trying to balance her cravings with eating healthy too. She's taking great care of Pebbles!! Check out the BUMP PICS here!

Here is the progress on the playroom:

BEFORE renovation!

Insulation is IN!

Electrical work DONE!

Outside stucco board IN! (has to be painted still along with entire outside of house so probably a few weeks!)

Before stucco board was installed!

Pre insulation and drywall!

Good sized playroom, right?!

Hubby finishing up drywall by the door

ALL DONE with Drywall!

I APPROVE!

  2. That is going to be a wonderful place to play!

Btw, thank you so much for sharing your feelings about Baby B. It has been a very good reminder that I can be grateful for what we have but still be sad about the losses that brought us to this point.
