Super Saver Coupon Lady Chronicles

I have decided I am going to start blogging about ways to save money and ways to find great discounts and deals! I have been a couponer for a while now. I haven't been at it as much after our move because I don't have many stores near me so I am relearning how to work with what I do have available AND how to save more online. The newest thing I have been introduced to is called eBates they pay you to buy things. Sounds too good to be true right? NOPE it's legit. You sign up and right off the bat you get $5 credit or a $10 gift card.

The basics are if you are an online shopper like me, you go to the ebates page and type in the name of the store you want to shop at (ko.hls, tar.get, etc) and then you click their link for that store. It will also show you any coupons or specials the store has currently (score!!!). Once you click through it says you are about to get cash back (that's how you know you did it correctly) that's it! You shop like normal and in a few days you can check your eba.tes account and see you have a pending credit. They pay out percentages ranging from 2% to as high as 12% on a purchase. It could be higher percentages but that is all that I have seen so far today. I have made a few holiday purchases and made them all through ebat.es! I wish I had known about this earlier in the week. I made several purchases prior to finding out about this site and my crazy self calculated to see how much I missed out on (over 50 bucks!!!) so that just made me sad, LOL!!!

So there you have it. My first tip of this "series" I will be posting more in the coming weeks. I have a few more specials I want to put together and let you know about, especially if you have little ones to buy for. I hope to get that up no later than Monday. It's my birthday Sunday so I am celebrating the whole weekend, so cut me a break if I don't get it up before then!

  1. Hmmm...I have heard a lot Ebates. I haven't tried it but I shop so much online, perhaps it is time I try it. Every penny counts and adds UP,

    Thanks for sharing!

    1. Joy B.E. I was skeptical at first too! But several of my friends told me about it and I am SO MAD I didn't do it sooner! I have almost $72 in cash back pending in my ebates account. I JUST joined on 12/5 so that's pretty impressive I think! If you sign up, Let me know how you like it!
